Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Maintain candidate and recruitment databases.
HR Operations
PF
ESI
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMIS records.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and provide HR support.
Assist in implementing employee wellness and retention initiatives.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support audits and statutory documentation.
Assist in policy implementation and communication.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Good understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms.

*Candidate Must know Kannad/English Language.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
