Are you an experienced Bidder with a proven track record of closing international projects? We're looking for a dynamic professional who can generate quality leads, build strong client relationships, and successfully convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
*Generate and qualify leads through online bidding and other channels.
*Understand client requirements and prepare compelling proposals.
*Negotiate with clients and successfully close projects.
*Coordinate with technical teams for project estimation and project execution.
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
*Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
*3+ years of experience in IT bidding/business development.
*Must have hands-on project closing experience.
*Experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, AI, Digital Marketing, or other IT services.
*Candidates from an IT Services Sales/Business Development background with strong project closing experience are also encouraged to apply.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
*Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
