With 20+ years of expertise, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead our sales efforts in the competitive corporate events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with corporates, brands, and institutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with the events team to customize solutions as per client needs.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations & proposals.
- Track, report, and forecast sales performance to senior management.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Management (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of proven sales experience in corporate events / exhibitions / media / hospitality.
- Strong corporate network & ability to generate leads independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
