Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle School English Teacher to join our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will inspire students in Classes VI–VIII through engaging lessons, strong classroom management, and a commitment to developing language proficiency, critical thinking, and a love for literature.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to Classes VI–VIII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons.
- Assess student learning through classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Foster reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
- Maintain student records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development programmes, and other academic responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
