Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives.
- Drive sales growth and achieve area targets.
- Conduct joint field visits and performance reviews.
- Ensure product availability and payment collections.
- Coordinate with distributors and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 3+ years of pharma sales experience.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
