Manage and maintain petty cash transactions with proper records and approvals.
1. Create and implement scheduled maintenance procedures for facilities and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
2. Ensure all machinery and building facilities meet health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local codes).
3. Handle small procurements, vendor payments, and service arrangements.
4. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
5. Lead, train, and manage maintenance staff or technicians, assigning daily tasks.
6.Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs and spare parts procurement.
