Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while handling day-to-day office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk activities and maintain visitor records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office arrangements
- Support administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist HR or administration teams with basic coordination tasks
- Respond to emails and inquiries promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandatory Kannada speakers
- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage

- Standard working hours with occasional flexibility as needed
Salary
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
