Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted within established timelines.
- Support other HR-related activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or non-IT recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
