About the Role
MGrow is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for student counselling, and experience in admission counselling, education sales, or EdTech sales.
The candidate will be responsible for guiding students, handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a smooth admission journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, student inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including documentation and enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while providing excellent counselling support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated on courses, admission policies, and education industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
