ROLE OBJECTIVE

To ensure quality compliance as per Product & Customer specifications and ensuring adherence

to QAP for all RM, PM , inprocess and FG which will help AVA sustain its competitive edge.

JOB CONTENT

2. DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To work as per strategic goals of the company, keeping the vision and mission of the

company in mind

PRIMARY

Quality checks

Ensure Raw material, Packaging material testing

Ensure WIP Check

Ensure Final quality monitoring of FG

Review technical NCR’s & recommend CAPA / trainings required

Quality Assurance & audit

Participate in creation of QAP

Quality process adherence audit

QMS audit as per ISO (limited to product)

Documentation

Maintaining records of all quality tests undertaken

Managing the documents of QC for traceability and completeness as per customer norms and

certification guidelines

Final quality certification

COA for all FG

Certification

Vendor certification activities for vendor development

Calibration

Instrument calibration process adherence

Third party quality check

Coordination and ensuring quality clearance

Team management

Motivate team to improve performance

Manage team to ensure QC is done properly for all jobs
