OdishaAcres is a real estate platform working with builders, brokers, channel partners, and property buyers across Odisha. We help projects generate qualified leads, manage customer/site visit coordination, and support sales through digital and on-ground outreach.
We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecalling & Outreach Representative who can speak to leads, explain our services clearly, follow up professionally, and also visit brokers, builders, channel partners, and customers whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads, brokers, builders, channel partners, and customers to explain OdishaAcres services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain proper records of calls, responses, and next steps.
- Explain project details, platform benefits, pricing, commission structure, and onboarding process.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and partner onboarding discussions.
- Visit brokers, builders, local offices, and prospects when required to explain the product in person.
- Build relationships with real estate brokers and local market contacts.
- Share brochures, project links, videos, and marketing material with prospects.
- Update lead status regularly in Excel, CRM, WhatsApp groups, or internal tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for follow-ups, meetings, and closures.
- Handle basic customer/broker queries professionally and escalate important matters to the senior team.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calling, follow-ups, meetings, and partner onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years in telecalling, sales, customer support, real estate, field sales, or business development.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Odia are preferred. Basic English is a plus.
- Must be confident in speaking to brokers, builders, and customers.
- Should be comfortable with both calling and field visits.
- Basic computer knowledge required: Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and CRM usage.
- Should be disciplined in follow-ups and reporting.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week.

We need a person who can speak confidently on calls, follow up seriously, and also go into the market to meet brokers, builders, and prospects. The person should be presentable, responsible, and willing to learn the real estate business.
