The Role
We need a hands-on technical leader who likes to get their hands dirty. You will not just be drawing diagrams—you will architect systems from scratch, write production code, and directly manage a tight-knit team of developers. If you are fluent in AI tools (Copilot, Claude, LangChain, RAG whatever ships faster) and thrive in a high-velocity startup environment, this is for you.
What You Will Do
- Architect and build robust systems from scratch, owning the technical direction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage developers, setting the standard for code quality and execution speed.
- Write production-level code daily across the full stack.
- Design and scale multi-tenant architectures, from shared resource pools to dedicated enterprise silos.
- Own system security, enforcing Row-Level Security (RLS) in databases and preparing for compliance standards.
- Drive cost optimization and scalability across our AWS infrastructure (ECS Fargate, RDS, ElastiCache).
- Integrate and optimize LLM pipelines.
What You Must Have
- 6-12 years of experience in system architecture.
- Deep Full-Stack Expertise: Mastery over frontend, backend, infra, and DevOps.
- Tech Stack Alignment: Experience with our core technologies, including Node.js, Fastify, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Cloud & On-Premise Experience: Proven ability to deploy across multi-cloud environments and support on-premise or Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) enterprise deployments.
- AI-Native Workflow: You use AI tooling (Copilot, Claude, LangChain, RAG) daily to ship faster and better.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing a team with high startup energy and a bias for action.
