HOTEL PURCHASE MANAGER
We are looking for a Hotel Purchasing Officer procures all operational requirements—such as food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, and engineering materials—while ensuring the best price and quality. Responsibilities include sourcing vendors , negotiating contracts , managing inventory levels, and coordinating with the finance and warehouse teams .
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Execution: Prepare purchase orders, process daily purchase requests , and ensure goods are delivered on time .
- Vendor Management: Research potential suppliers , evaluate vendor performance , and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
- Quality & Cost Control: Verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of purchased items upon receipt to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice processing, and collaborate with warehouse or store managers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging industry trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Hotel Management is preferred.
- Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5 years of procurement experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills; proficiency in MS Office and purchase management systems.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
