- Device/ equipment development from concept, prototype to final product.
- Experience with Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Machining, Part design.
- Good knowledge on basic engineering principles and drawings
- System based approach to design & development
- Should be in a position to independently design, develop and validate Prototypes.
- To ensure effective communication and clear assignment of responsibility to subordinates.
- To find problems at an early stage of product development and quickly address them.
- To provide the required information for purchasing, production and for service provisions.
- To guide in preparation of service manual.
- Open mind to execute innovative options for design
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 clauses, document control & audit expectations.
