ND Diagnostics, a reputed diagnostic and health check center in Kochi, is looking for a **RCI approved Clinical Psychologist** to join our team on a part-time basis.
** Role Details:**
- **Position:** Clinical Psychologist
- **Working Hours:** 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- **Languages Required:** Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu
- **Compensation:** ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience and suitability for the role)
- **Location:** Kochi
** Who Can Apply:**
Qualified Clinical Psychologists with good communication skills in the languages mentioned above. Prior clinical/counseling experience preferred.
Job description
· Conduct confidential counselling sessions to address the mental health and well-being of staff members.
· Administer psychological assessments and provide appropriate interventions based on individual needs.
· Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement mental health and well-being initiatives for the staff. Assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies that promote mental health awareness and support.
· Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and interventions. Provide consultation to management on staff-related mental health matters.
· Stay informed about current trends and research in workplace psychology and mental health.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
