As part of Human Resources, People & Culture at Headphone Zone, you’ll help build and nurture the team that makes everything we do possible.
You’ll manage key HR processes — from hiring and onboarding to engagement, development, and culture initiatives. You’ll play an active role in helping Headphone Zone remain a place where great people do their best work.

Support recruitment and hiring processes — job postings, screening, scheduling, interviewing

Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes

Act as a point of contact for employee questions and needs

Use tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, HR software

Freshers are welcome — we love hiring proactive freshers! Or even better, 1–2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or culture roles
