Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead and manage construction projects at our site in Attingal. The candidate will be responsible for overall site operations, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and coordination between all teams. Key Responsibilities • Oversee complete site operations and execution. • Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities. • Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labour teams. • Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications. • Monitor project timelines and control delays. • Manage materials, resources, and site logistics. • Ensure quality standards and safety compliance. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors. • Prepare progress reports and updates. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects. • Strong knowledge of site execution and project management. • Ability to handle multiple teams and responsibilities. • Good leadership and communication skills. Preferred Skills •Experience in residential/commercial projects •Knowledge of Kerala construction rules and practices • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Salary ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience) Hiring Timeframe We are looking to fill this position within 2–3 weeks. Immediate joiners are preferred.
