Position: Sales & Student Counsellor
Mode: Work From Home
Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (IST)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students on PTE and IELTS courses and guide them to the right program.
Convert inquiries into enrolments through timely follow-ups and a consultative sales approach.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing student support.
Manage administrative tasks, scheduling, and CRM records.
Coordinate with trainers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in converting leads and meeting enrolment targets.
Basic administrative and computer skills.
Prior experience in sales, student counselling, or the education sector preferred.
Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work.
Laptop, stable internet connection, and power backup are a must.
