Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess and fulfill workforce and hiring needs.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as induction, confirmation, promotions, transfers, and separations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal HR databases.
- Monitor attendance and leave management while ensuring proper maintenance of related records.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, policy documents, and other HR-related communications.
- Support payroll administration and salary processing in coordination with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Bonus regulations.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines throughout the organization.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Handle employee concerns and grievances while supporting disciplinary actions in a professional and confidential manner.
- Manage employee separation processes, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and uphold HR best practices at all times.
- Meet recruitment goals and contribute to various HR projects and organizational initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities to support smooth business functioning.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and statutory compliance requirements.
