Role Overview- evening shift
shift timings : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM CST
The Cold Caller will be responsible for outbound prospecting, initiating high-quality conversations with decision-makers, and converting interest into booked meetings or direct sales. This role is performance-driven and directly tied to pipeline growth and revenue generation.

- You consistently get past gatekeepers and speak with decision-makers

- You convert a high % of calls into qualified leads, demos, or deals
Key Responsibilities
- Make 120–250 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects (SMBs, local businesses, or enterprise depending on campaign)
- Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers (owners, marketing managers, etc.)
- Deliver a sharp, value-driven pitch within the first 10–15 seconds
- Identify pain points quickly and tailor the conversation in real time
- Book qualified appointments or close deals directly on the call
- Log call outcomes and insights into CRM
- Continuously refine scripts based on what converts
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate "not interested" or "send me an email" responses to uncover the prospect's true pain points.
- Exceptional Communication: You have a clear, professional speaking voice and the ability to build rapport in under 30 seconds.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years in cold calling, SDR, or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of high connect-to-conversion ratios
- Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive
- Handles rejection well and maintains energy across high call volumes
- Thinks on their feet—can pivot conversations naturally
- Familiar with CRM tools and call tracking systems

Compensation Structure (Recommended)
To attract high performers, tie pay to outcomes:
- Base + commission per qualified meeting or sale
- Bonus tiers for hitting conversion benchmarks

- Will be paid 1000 rupees onn every appointment booked
