Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Software Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML solutions to solve real-world business challenges and enhance product capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI concepts.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
- Analyze and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
- Optimize model performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, or RAG-based applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and software deployment processes.
