Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Department HR & Administration
Reporting To Managing Director, Location Bengaluru (HSR Layout)
1. Key Responsibilities:
HR Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offers)
Handle onboarding (documents, IT setup, orientation, welcome kit)
Conduct employment verification (previous employers)Manage leaves, attendance, and late coming policy
Issue PAP and termination notices as per the process
Process full & final settlement, relieving letter, experience certificate
Ensure compliance (POSH, EPF, ESI, PT, S&E annual returns)
Admin Duties: Maintain office facilities (cleanliness, repairs, AC, lights)
Manage assets (laptops, ID cards, keys, stationery)
Coordinate vendors (pantry, maintenance, supplies)Handle visitor management (greeting, registration, refreshments)
Manage exit clearance (collect keys, assets, access cards)
