General Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing maintenance and repair works in the hotel.
- Ensure uninterrupted water supply and drainage systems.
- Attend guest complaints related to plumbing issues immediately.
- Maintain all plumbing fixtures in good working condition.
Maintenance Responsibilities
- Repair leaking pipes, taps, flush systems, and valves.
- Maintain bathroom fittings, water heaters, wash basins, and drainage lines.
- Check and repair water pumps, pipelines, and sewage systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance for plumbing equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of hot and cold water systems.
Guest Service Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to guest room plumbing complaints.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering departments.
- Ensure minimum disturbance to guests during maintenance work.
Inspection & Monitoring
- Conduct routine inspection of plumbing systems.
- Monitor water pressure and leakage issues.
- Report major repair requirements to the Engineering Department.
Safety & Hygiene
- Follow hotel safety procedures and hygiene standards.
- Use tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas after completing repairs.
Documentation
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and service records.
- Update supervisor regarding completed and pending work.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance.
- Ability to identify and solve plumbing problems quickly.
- Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, and water systems.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or related field.
- Experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
