Job Title: Tele Caller Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Follow up with customers for payments, services, or other process-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily calling targets and performance goals.
- Ensure professional, courteous, and effective communication with customers.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and calling guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: PUC / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Punjabi and Haryanvi are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and system handling skills required.
- Candidates with prior experience in Collections, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support will have an added advantage.
