- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective leads to introduce services or receive incoming calls to assist consumers.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients by understanding their needs and qualifying prospects.
- Query Resolution: Answer questions about product features, pricing, and company offerings.
- Data Management: Accurately update call logs, customer feedback, and interaction notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Follow-ups & Closures: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and finalize sales deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly metrics regarding call volume and conversions
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
