Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager – Architecture to lead and manage the production of architectural drawings for US construction projects and ensure QC. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in floor plans, construction documentation (CD Sets), quality control, team coordination, and modern AI-enabled workflows in architectural production.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, meeting project timelines, and maintaining compliance with US construction standards and client expectations.

Experience Required: 7+ Years
Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee architectural projects from concept to construction documentation phase.
· QC of drawing production for US-based construction and architectural projects.
· Prepare, review, and coordinate:
o Floor Plans
o Construction Documentation (CD Sets)
o Working Drawings
o Architectural detailing
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of drawings through rigorous QC processes.
· Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and clients for project execution.
· Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
· Implement and optimize AI tools/workflows for design support, drafting efficiency, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
· Conduct internal reviews and maintain drawing standards as per US codes and client requirements.
· Support mentoring and training of junior architects/drafters.
· Identify process improvements and workflow automation opportunities.
Required Skills & Expertise
· Strong experience in US Construction and Architectural Documentation.
· Expertise in:
o Floor Planning
o CD Set Preparation
o Drawing Production
o Quality Control (QC)
o Project Coordination
· Hands-on experience with AI-assisted architectural workflows/tools.
· Strong knowledge of US building standards and documentation practices.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Software Skills
Preferred proficiency in:
· AutoCAD
· Revit
· SketchUp
· BIM workflows
· Adobe Suite
· AI-based productivity/design tools
· MS Project / Excel / Collaboration tools
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
