Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, well-networked Business Development & Client Servicing Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate comes directly from the fashion content creation/production industry with an established portfolio of brand relationships. You will be responsible for bringing in new business, retaining existing client relationships, and managing day-to-day studio production operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
- Network Engagement: Leverage your active network of fashion brands, marketers, agencies, and creative directors to pitch Studio11’s services and drive revenue.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for fashion shoots, campaign films, lookbooks, and digital content.
- Proposal & Pitching: Prepare compelling production proposals, pitch decks, and commercial estimates tailored to prospective clients.
2. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Account Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through pitch, production, and final delivery.
- Client Satisfaction: Understand client briefs deeply, ensuring creative expectations, timelines, and budgets are met or exceeded.
- Up-selling: Nurture client relationships to secure recurring projects and retainer contracts.
3. Studio & Operations Management
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and coordinate external vendors (stylists, makeup artists, models, post-production teams, gear rental houses, location managers).
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee studio schedules, resource allocation, shoot logistics, and call sheets to ensure seamless execution.
- Budgeting & Invoicing: Coordinate with internal finance teams for client invoicing, vendor payments, and project profitability tracking.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or client servicing specifically within fashion content creation, photo/video production studios, or creative agencies.
- Established Network: Must bring an active network of clients and brand decision-makers in the fashion and lifestyle space.
- Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of end-to-end production workflows (pre-production, shoot day execution, post-production).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Multi-tasking: Proven capability to handle multiple brand accounts and shoot schedules simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹31,507.56 - ₹38,881.22 per month
