Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Field Coordinator to manage and supervise a team of 12–15 Field Recovery Executives. The candidate will be responsible for daily field operations, case allocation, team productivity, customer recovery, PTP tracking, MIS reporting, and achievement of collection targets.
The candidate must have relevant experience in Field Recovery/Collections, strong team-handling skills, Advanced MS Excel knowledge, and a valid DRA Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 12–15 Field Recovery Executives.
- Allocate cases/accounts to field executives based on location, priority, bucket, and business requirements.
- Monitor daily field visits, collections, PTPs, and recovery performance.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate targets and priorities.
- Monitor individual and team performance and identify performance gaps.
- Track PTP generation, PTP conversion, broken PTPs, field visits, and collection efficiency.
- Follow up on pending and high-priority accounts.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze collection data and provide performance insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits and collection activities.
- Coordinate with Telecalling, Operations, Quality, and Management teams.
- Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to field executives.
- Monitor team attendance, field activity, productivity, and target achievement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines.
- Escalate critical customer and operational issues to management.
Mandatory Requirements
- DRA Certificate is Mandatory.
- Candidate must have a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Field Recovery / Collections.
- Previous experience managing a team of 12–15 Field Recovery Executives is preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MIS preparation and data analysis.
- Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.

Qualification

Immediate Joiners and candidates with strong Field Recovery and team-handling experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
