Job Summary
Trax Diagnostics is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, billing, and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, and MIS reporting. Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, hospital, or laboratory industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate for timely collections.
- Manage vendor payments and documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies.
- Support financial statement preparation and audit requirements.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial planning.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Tally / Tally Prime / ERP / ZOHO Books.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliation, and ledger management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Diagnostics / Healthcare / Hospitals / Laboratories / Medical or Healthcare Companies will be preferred.
