Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or Technical Field preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication; Ability to relate ideas and concepts to others; write reports, business correspondence, project plans, Release notes and standard operating procedure documents.
Excellent understanding of data concepts, data modelling methods and experience in data management capabilities including data definitions, data quality management and data integration.
Understanding of legislation, regulatory compliance and how it impacts data management (GDPR, GxP, FDA, etc.)
Solid SQL, ETL, data modelling (including data vault 2.0), data migration or programming skills.
Experience using modern approaches to automating data pipelines.
Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to assign, prioritize, and coordinate the work of team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
Personally invested in continuous improvement and innovation.
Motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision.
Must have experience to work across multiple teams / technologies.
Experience leading significant IT Transformational initiatives for large complex organization.
