We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage labour teams and allocate work efficiently.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards.
- Take site measurements and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure proper material handling and monitor material usage.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or residential/commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
