We are looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Executive Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day business operations. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, quotations, and client emails on the Director’s behalf Coordinate between the Gurgaon office and the Bhiwadi/Khushkhera factory, following up with production, dispatch, and procurement teams Prepare MIS reports, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and presentations Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments; track pending approvals, payments, and follow-ups Assist with documentation for tenders, EPC project bids, and compliance paperwork Handle confidential business and financial information with discretion Provide general administrative support as needed Requirements 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized, with strong time-management and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial company preferred Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information What We Offer Competitive salary in line with industry standards Direct working relationship with company leadership Stable, long-established company with a strong industry reputation To Apply: Interested candidates may share their updated resume at [email protected] or contact 9971000040.
