Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Prepare the site before work begins, establish timelines, and monitor daily progress to meet project milestones.
- Health & Safety (HSE): Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct hazard assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site personnel, subcontractors, and various trades to maintain a productive workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work to verify adherence to architectural drawings, structural specifications, and industry codes.
- Budget & Resource Management: Track expenses, optimize material usage, and report on project status to senior stakeholders
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
