The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – The AGM is responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of government building construction projects such as administrative buildings, hospitals, schools, residential complexes, public infrastructure facilities, and institutional buildings.
Work Experience Requirements:
Must have worked Govt. Tendering building projects min. 15 years. GOVERNMENT INFRA BUILDING WORKS experience MANDATORY- Schools, Stadium, Administrative Building, Govt. Quarters etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with construction codes, standards, and specifications.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, project controls, and construction practices.
Age Criteria: Age should be min. 37 years(max. 60 years)

Salary- 50,000- 1,20,000/ month.
