Giftlaya is a leading online gifting and decoration platform, providing unique gifts and event decor services across India. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team and help grow our brand presence online.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and posting engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content ideas to boost engagement.
- Manage daily posts, stories, and reels to enhance audience interaction.
- Respond to comments and messages to build community engagement.
- Collaborate with the team for influencer outreach and brand promotions.
- Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
Requirements:
- Passion for social media, trends, and creative content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram Reels, and content scheduling tools.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas.
- Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
