Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and passionate Cuisine Expert for a reputed BAR and Restaurant located Betkuchi, Guwahati. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of continental cuisine, fine dining standards, and luxury hospitality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes as per 5-star standards
- Plan menus, portion control, and food costing
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP standards)
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and management for smooth operations
- Handle inventory control and reduce food wastage
- Innovate new recipes and menu enhancements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Continental Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, bakery basics & plating
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
- Excellent time management and team coordination skills
