We are looking for an Operations Executive to support production planning, inventory tracking, order execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
- Track orders, inventory, and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Maintain operational records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support day-to-day manufacturing and supply chain activities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG operations.
- Beauty, cosmetics, or personal care manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
