Hiring – Assistant Manager HR & Payroll at Amend Dental Centre
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – HR & Payroll to handle payroll operations and HR activities.
Role Split
60% Payroll Work
40% HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities
- Handle monthly payroll processing
- Manage attendance, leave, salary records, ESI, PF, and gratuity processes
- Ensure statutory compliance and employee documentation
- Coordinate with branches for payroll data
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain HR reports and employee records
- Resolve employee payroll and HR queries
Requirements
- 5- 7 years of HR/payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, gratuity, and payroll compliance
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Healthcare or dental industry experience preferred
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
