Job Summary
The Parent Support Relationship Officer serves as the primary liaison between the school and parents, fostering positive relationships through effective communication, prompt resolution of concerns, and high-quality customer service. The PSRO supports admissions, parent engagement initiatives, and ensures a positive experience for current and prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for parents and guardians regarding school-related inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and the school community.
- Address parent concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and school administration.
- Support the admissions team by responding to enquiries, arranging campus visits, and assisting prospective parents through the admission process.
- Organize and coordinate parent orientation programmes, open houses, parent-teacher meetings, and other engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, enquiries, and feedback.
- Assist in preparing newsletters, notices, circulars, and other school communications.
- Promote school events and activities to parents through appropriate communication channels.
- Ensure excellent customer service at the school reception and during parent visits.
- Gather and analyze parent feedback to recommend improvements in school services.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information in accordance with school policies.
- Support other administrative and public relations activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is desirable but not mandatory.
- Certification or training in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Public Relations, or Communication is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer relations, public relations, admissions, front office, hospitality, or school administration.
- Experience in an educational institution is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
