A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote and sell the company's products or services, understand customer requirements, explain product features and benefits, handle customer queries and objections, follow up on leads, maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, achieve daily and monthly sales targets, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, persuasion, and timely follow-up.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
