Job Description – US IT Recruiter
Location: Noida
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs.
Work Style: Onsite
Shift Time: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST
We are looking for a Recruiter with 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI, Big 4, or technology hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Data Engineering and database technologies, enabling them to effectively understand hiring requirements, source relevant talent, and deliver quality candidate submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Engineering and related technology roles.
- Handle 2–3 active hiring requirements per day with a focus on quality and turnaround time.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Deliver 2–3 quality candidate submissions daily that closely match role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for BFSI, Big 4, Data Engineering, or technology roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, screening, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of Data Engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar.
- Ability to assess technical profiles and understand role-specific skill requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
