### About Us
We are a well-established cosmetic distribution company supplying products to retailers, medical stores, wholesalers, and distributors across Pune and PCMC. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Field Executive to manage market visits, payment collections, customer relationships, and daily reporting activities.
### Job Responsibilities
Visit retailers, medical stores, wholesalers, and distributors across Pune and PCMC on a regular basis.
Collect outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
Maintain healthy and professional relationships with customers.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, and any business-related requirements.
Provide daily updates and reports on field activities, collections, and market feedback.
Communicate customer concerns, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance of collections and customer visits.
Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.
### Requirements
Prior experience in field sales, distribution, collection, or FMCG/cosmetics-related work preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage customer relationships effectively and handle situations professionally.
Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Familiarity with Pune and PCMC market areas will be an added advantage.
Basic reporting and smartphone usage skills.
### Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
### Weekly Off
Sunday Off
Additional payment will be provided if work is required on Sundays.
### Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary can be negotiated based on experience, performance, and work capabilities.
### Experience
Experienced candidates preferred.
