We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist our sales team with order processing, lead management, customer communication, and data maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, validate, and manage customer orders.
- Generate and process sales leads.
- Maintain and update sales data in Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Track sales targets and prepare reports.
- Complete online transactions accurately and on time.
- Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, sales support, or customer service.

Pay: ₹10,461.05 - ₹25,852.62 per month
