We are looking for an energetic, creative, and data-driven Marketing & Growth Specialist who can help grow multiple lines of businesses by building a strong digital presence, generating qualified leads, and creating compelling content that resonates with patients and healthcare professionals.
Position Summary
This is a hands-on marketing role where you will own and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include developing social media content, managing digital campaigns, growing our online presence, optimizing search visibility, creating marketing collateral, and measuring campaign performance.
You should enjoy wearing multiple hats, learning new technologies, and using AI tools to improve productivity and content quality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube
- Produce graphics, short videos, infographics, and educational content
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule
- Publish blog articles and educational resources
- Produce case studies and customer success stories
- Develop product videos and demonstrations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms
- Experience with SEO and content marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Basic video editing experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
