- Collaborate with the sales team to help meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide support to clients by answering inquiries related to travel packages, destinations, and bookings.
- Assist the sales team by processing and tracking sales leads, bookings, and customer data.
- Ensure the timely and accurate communication of pricing, availability, and other essential information to customers.
- Assist in promoting travel packages and services through various marketing channels.
- Support the development of promotional materials, special offers, and discounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new travel products to help generate sales leads.
- Handle post-travel customer service inquiries, such as refunds, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Provide assistance with changes to travel arrangements as needed during or after the trip.
- Analyze customer feedback to help improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
