- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation confirmations.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, overtime, leave deductions, and employee benefits.
- Prepare employment contracts, salary certificates, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Law and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive employee relations.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and employee grievance matters professionally.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain HR reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
- Support HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
