Spynora Holiday Homes is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive occupancy, manage OTA channels, strengthen partnerships, and support the growth of our managed resorts, villas, and holiday homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase occupancy and booking revenue across managed properties
- Manage and optimize OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporates, and business partners
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate property promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure property listings are updated and optimized across all channels
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality sales, hotel sales, resort management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of OTA management and distribution channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
