Nucleus International School is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Academic Coordinator &
Cambridge English Teacher with Cambridge curriculum experience. The role includes teaching Cambridge English
for approximately 3 hours per day, with the remaining time dedicated to academic coordination, classroom
supervision, mentoring teachers, and ensuring high academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Cambridge English for approximately 3 hours daily.
- Supervise and monitor Pre-Primary and Primary teachers.
- Ensure teachers are fully prepared with lesson plans, classroom resources, and class preparation.
- Monitor the effective use of Cambridge textbooks and hands-on learning activities.
- Promote inquiry-based learning and discourage rote learning.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Support teachers, monitor accountability, and report academic progress to Management.
- Substitute classes when teachers are absent.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Ed., M.Ed., Psychology, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years' experience, preferably in a Cambridge Curriculum school.
- Excellent English communication and formal writing skills.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.

Pay: ₹20,739.87 - ₹30,763.27 per month
