Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Partner Manager with over 7 years of proven leadership experience in partner management, client acquisition, and team leadership. The role demands complete ownership of partner onboarding, client enrollment, end-to-end client lifecycle management, and team management. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic leader, trusted advisor to clients, and a strong bridge between partners, internal teams, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities Partner & Client Acquisition
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic partners aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive client enrollment through partner channels and direct engagements.
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of partners and clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Own the complete client lifecycle from onboarding to retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as the primary escalation point for high-impact client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client expansion.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Track business performance, client profitability, and achievement against targets.
- Support leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and growth planning.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and manage client management, partner support, and relationship teams.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for team members.
- Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and capability development initiatives.
- Build a high-performing, accountable, and customer-centric team culture.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Establish and optimize partner and client management processes and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and HR teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive efficiency improvements and operational scalability.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Serve as a key interface between partners, clients, and internal leadership.
- Present business reviews, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
- Share market trends, competitive intelligence, and client feedback with leadership teams.
Risk Management & Governance
- Identify and mitigate business, operational, and relationship risks.
- Ensure contractual adherence and governance across all partner and client engagements.
- Protect company interests while maintaining strong partner and client relationships.
Strategic Contribution
- Provide strategic inputs to enhance partner ecosystems and client engagement models.
- Bring industry best practices, thought leadership, and maturity to the organization.
- Contribute to long-term organizational growth and brand reputation.
