Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and processing of payments through Cheques / RTGS / NEFT
- Coordination and follow-up with bankers for smooth transaction processing
- Managing and supervising the runners team for payments and related activities
- Passing basic accounting entries in books of accounts
- Maintaining records with working knowledge of Tally
- Informing vendors once cheques/payments are ready
- Handling end-to-end banking operations and payment processes
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Hands-on experience in Tally software
- Familiarity with banking procedures and payment systems
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and banking operations
- Experience in handling payments, vendor coordination, and bank transactions preferred
- Prior experience in real estate / construction industry will be an added advantage
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.com/BBA (Finance) or equivalent degree
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
